Everything went smoothly - lovely sites, great hotels and experiences jusst a generally brilliant holiday

Our honeymoon trip with InsideVitenam was just fantastic. We had a hiccup going out with our outgoing flights being delayed getting into Hong Kong, and as a result we arrived into Hanoi in Vietnam 9 hours late. We were able to postponed our guided tour to the next day just on email and that was very convenient. All the transfers from one activity to another went very well and we were very well looked after.

We had a brilliant holiday. The terrible things that were going on in Vietnam was such a large part of our youth, which made travelling to Hanoi, Da Nang, The Mekong and Saigon a surreal experience. Such a beautiful country and such welcoming people. A truly memorable holiday.

Having never been to Indochina, we needed someone with an insider view on what was needed. The holiday combination, including a river cruise was ideal and was what we wanted. The arrangements were all correct and always adequate.

All the transfers worked incredibly efficiently I had been warned about Vietnam scams for unwary tourists so I wasn't one of those because of you). On the Mekong Delta tour, I felt like the Queen with my own chauffeur, guide and even boat! The hotels were wonderfully atmospheric and in terrific locations and I absolutely adored the Ancient Village Resort in Hoi An.

Liam did a great job listening to what we wanted and developing a package that met those needs. We also had pre-existing travel plans that he had to work around and was very helpful continually tailoring the proposal until it was perfect.

We are used to travelling independently but it was a joy having all the logistics dealt with and made a significant difference to a full and exciting 2 weeks . we saw a lot and learnt a lot.
