Helped us move hotels which was great

Charlotte was very helpful and flexible. She had to make changes to the trip at the last minute due to poor weather and she organised brilliant alternative activities.

Always on top the only day I would have avoided was the one I added (Bago) against Charlotte's advice!

Charlotte only had a few weeks to get everything booked for us and did an amazing job.

Charlotte helped us with every detail, and understood the kind of holiday we wanted. We wanted to experience Vietnam, but we also wanted things to run smoothly, not to have to negotiate at every point and to be able to enjoy the best of the country on our first visit (it won't be our last visit). The choice of hotel in HCMC was great, as was the resort in Hoi An. Charlotte understood our need to stay within a budget, and was very patient as I kept going back to her to make alterations with our plans. Her recommendations were spot on. And she even helped us get some clothing forwarded to Hoi An from HCMC!

Charlotte was always very responsive to our (many) questions and put together a fantastic trip for us. Her knowledge and experience of the country was invaluable, and enabled us to visit places we may not have felt confident either travelling to or organising on our own.
