Excellent service! As always, there were a few hiccups along the way but there was always support available to make sure that our holiday was fantastic from start to finish.

Everything worked out as planned

We were very happy with all the arrangements made. Guides and drivers turned up promptly and made us feel very comfortable. Any requests we had were accommodated. I was a little unwell the last week and the guide helped me at the pharmacy and made alternative arrangements for me when necessary. The guides spoke good English and we had no problems with communication. We had cause to contact the Vietnamese agency and our query was dealt with politely and efficiently.
