Delightful guides and drivers,good knowledge on trips- my husband asks a lot of questions! Having water available was appreciated,especially when we could use refillable containers. Always looked after very well. Good English When hotel not available in flood we were given a car from a temporary one , restaurant booked for us and driver ready to return to hotel. We were then booked into a lovely hotel for the next couple of days. Excellent service in what was a difficult time for them.

This was not the trip we were expecting. Nothing about theis trip exceeded our expectations and very little met them.

Charlotte was super in both listening to our requirements and modifying/extending the tailored tour. Speedy responses, 100 accurate and a genuinely interested travel consultant. Myanmar lived up to all our expectations and the friendliness of everyone we met cannot be over-emphasised. We stayed at 8 locations in Myanmar and enjoyed them all. The hotel selections were essentially wonderfuland and in several locations we seemed to have been allocated the best located rooms especially in Bagan, Mt Popa, Inle lake and Ngapali...at the latter we stayed at the Amazing Ngapali Resort and during our explorations there we concluded that this was a far better location than the originally planned Bayview Beach Resort and the quality of the beach there was super. All of our guides were so helpful and informative with really good english, good stories and great enthusiasm. We have visited various countries in SE Asia and this trip to Myanmar has further reinforced our love and passion for this part of the world. It is clearly a country which is so rich in natural resources and which is undergoing a very rapid journey of evolution. We would encourage anyone to visit and try to absorb a little of what it has to offer. Thank you again.

The Red River trip was excellent and all transits were ready and waiting when we arrived. Pan Pacific club floor to be recommended.
