The attention to detail was amazing. 90 went like clockwork and the only hiccup was the change of flight from Siem Reap to Ho chi Minh City when we had to change airlines because our bookings had mysteriously disappeared from the original flight.

All hotels were fantastic and we were were very happy with them. The one issue was the hotel La Residence Watbo in Siem Reap. It was off the beaten track down a bumpy lane and because the hotel was on stilts over fish pools, there were rather too many mosquitos for our liking and we had to buy extra anti-mosquito spray for the room. (see separate feedback on the Siem Reap section - sent to Charlotte Bower). We would have preferred a hotel nearer the centre.

Liam was extremely patient with me, answering all the questions and providing excellent recommendations. He asked the right questions as well to figure out the best experiences for us. Also, during the trip we had a small hiccup and Liam was there to help as well.

The hotel in Hoi An was a little disorganized as they couldn't find our reservation. they moved us a couple of times from room to room as well. I saw it happening to other guests as well. The other hotels were superb! Navutu dreams was amazing! they even baked gluten free bread for Sofia!. Same with My dream resort: They were so kind and accommodating, especially On (he was an employee at the hotel)...we literally left with teary eyes. The hotel in Ho Chi Ming was out of the park! We felt so not worthy coming in all dirty and disheveled into such a luxurious place :-) The customer service was superb as well.

We feel the big plus is the consultants have detailed knowledge of the countries from personal experience having either lived there or travelled there recently.

Prompt replies to emails and specific questions.It was useful to meet with Liam and discuss face to face our proposed trip but we did not feel pressurised to take up all his ideas and suggested activities. It was still our trip!We went with his suggestion to change hotel on Phu Quoc and are very glad we did. Cassia cottage was excellent in all aspects and we would thoroughly recommend it as the hotel of choice in that area.Furthermore his idea of staying in an airport hotel in Bangkok before our return flight was spot on in terms of our schedule.We really felt our itinerary was tailored for us and we were not just a 'package'

All hotels were good, especially the Almanity in Hoi An. However, the Moonlight hotel in Hue although good unfortunately the rooms that face the river also face the very loud night club on the main street which pumps out the beat until about 2am. The room was nice but did smell damp and musty and there was a huge amount of condensation inside the room.
