I loved both of my tour guides Ms. Phiep (sure I mispelled that) and Mr. Nora (what He went by with me) I will never forget them - they taught me a great deal on both the broad and personal levels.

Very helpful particularly in responding to issues arising when we were in Cambodia. Problem quickly resolved through her intervention.

Charlotte always took her time to answer any questions we had prior to the trip. She also reached out half way through our trip to verify that we were satisfied with our experience.

The local guides, especially Hien in Hanoi, were eager to meet our needs and provide a high level of service. Anh Co, in Hue and Hoi An was very knowledgeable and helpful, the final day with him though was notably different. He was set to guide us from our hotel in Hoi An to the airport in Denang. He was curt, somewhat remote and not the warm person we had seen on previous days. He was supposed to drop us at a restaurant in Deneng. He had clearly not planned well. The restaurant was full (no reservation). He then dumped us off at a restaurant which was not suitable with little thought or fanfare. The restaurant staff spoke almost no English. The food was poor. It felt like we were an inconvenience that he simply dispatched. It is my only real complaint.

Very responsive to our requests and kept in touch to see how we were doing.

She is well informed and very keen to provide us with an itinerary to suit our needs. She took a lot of time and was patient with us as we chopped and changed our minds. At no point did I feel rushed or hurried. She also worked hard to fit it all into our budget which was a refreshing change to all the other tour operators I approached.
