Excellent service from start to finish! We met Enfys at the travel show and were very impressed with her knowledge and enthusiasm. She really understood our requests and the holiday exceeded our expectations on every level. Charlotte took over when Enfys went on maternity leave and she was also brilliant- even e-mailing whilst we were away to make sure all was well.

Enfys planned the trip and she did an excellent job. When she went on maternity leave Charlotte took over and she has also been excellent. we have been very happy with IVT. We had a lovely holiday, one which we will never forget we had a few issues which we were not happy with but overall we really enjoyed the holiday. Were it not for the guide in Siem Reap i would give 5.

All the hotels were excellent. We loved in particular the Metropole and Raffles in Siem Reap. The only comment we had on Raffles that the food there was good but not exceptional which is a shame because the hotel in every other way is exceptional.

The local guides, especially Hien in Hanoi, were eager to meet our needs and provide a high level of service. Anh Co, in Hue and Hoi An was very knowledgeable and helpful, the final day with him though was notably different. He was set to guide us from our hotel in Hoi An to the airport in Denang. He was curt, somewhat remote and not the warm person we had seen on previous days. He was supposed to drop us at a restaurant in Deneng. He had clearly not planned well. The restaurant was full (no reservation). He then dumped us off at a restaurant which was not suitable with little thought or fanfare. The restaurant staff spoke almost no English. The food was poor. It felt like we were an inconvenience that he simply dispatched. It is my only real complaint.

The trip was very well organised by Charlotte, who went to great lengths to find out what our needs and issues were. She also took the time to discover our personalities and booked a range of activities to suit us. We loved every aspect of it and all the items.

She is well informed and very keen to provide us with an itinerary to suit our needs. She took a lot of time and was patient with us as we chopped and changed our minds. At no point did I feel rushed or hurried. She also worked hard to fit it all into our budget which was a refreshing change to all the other tour operators I approached.
