Great service from InsideVietnam Tours in the UK - friendly, efficient, effective and helpful. Our experience in Indochina was very superb - the guides were of great quality (knowledgable, interesting and interested), the transfers well-organised and the individual trips were of excellent quality. Staff on the ground clearly went to extra lengths to make our experience personal and special which we very much appreciated. We felt very well looked after.

Thoroughly enjoyable - possibly the best holiday we have ever had.However, it being our first tailor-made tour, we don't have too much to compare it with....

Very good contact maintained throughout our trip. The guides had good English and were mainly organised and knowledgeable. The content of the tour was interesting and well planned. The hotels were well located for our needs and of a good standard apart from. The hotel in Viang Vieng was however infested with ants and not cleaned well.

Excellent. Ruth was very helpful in planning the trip considering the short time span she had. Everything was planned to the last detail. Would recommend.
