Charlotte was extremely helpful. The only comment would be that perhaps she didn’t quite match one of our hotels to us. But the hotel let you down.

Dylan was extremely helpful - in the initial stages he was able to help by suggesting a really good extra activity (Mekong Delta cruise), he also helped with suggesting we tried the Viroth Hotel in Siem Reap - probably the best hotel we've ever stayed in anywhere. He was always available or if not, responded quickly to any queries we had prior to our trip.
