Dylan was extremely helpful - in the initial stages he was able to help by suggesting a really good extra activity (Mekong Delta cruise), he also helped with suggesting we tried the Viroth Hotel in Siem Reap - probably the best hotel we've ever stayed in anywhere. He was always available or if not, responded quickly to any queries we had prior to our trip.

Dylan listened carefully to our requirements and delivered exactly the itinerary we were hoping for. He also added value by suggesting a number of activities that we would never have thought of and every one was a winner! He also communicated clearly and promptly before and during our trip. It was obvious that he really cared that we had a great holiday. He also helped us by suggesting and organising early and late check outs at appropriate stages.

Liam was able to come up with some excellent suggestions to make this an amazing holiday. He listened to our requirements and tailored the trip accordingly. Only slight negative was that our last hotel in Yangon was some way from the centre of the city.

Liam provides a courteous yet personal service that's intent on responding to our needs rather than imposing his own, despite his extensive knowledge of the area. The sign of a good travel consultant is if they handle the details well. I have a chilli allergy and small notices in Vietnamese were supplied with our travel pack so that visits to restaurants weren't awkward is just one example of the attention that was paid to our oddities. Well done Liam!

Dylan put together a perfect tailor made trip which incorporated all our chosen trips and activities. Helped us achieve a balance programme of city / countryside and jungle.
