All the arrangements went perfectly, guides, transfers, hotels, flights

It was just great, worry free, problem free, friendly etc.

The Bassac Boat was excellent. We should have had a third night. The food and service was superb. In fact we couldn't eat all the food offered.. Our guide was excellent as was our waiter.

Overall our honeymoon was fantastic.

We also received an excellent service from Enfys who we originally contacted when booking this trip.

The travel consultant put together a very comprehensive program for our 2 weeks to Laos and Cambodia. A program that was then later exceptionally well executed once in Asia.

Excellent service from start to finish! We met Enfys at the travel show and were very impressed with her knowledge and enthusiasm. She really understood our requests and the holiday exceeded our expectations on every level. Charlotte took over when Enfys went on maternity leave and she was also brilliant- even e-mailing whilst we were away to make sure all was well.

Enfys planned the trip and she did an excellent job. When she went on maternity leave Charlotte took over and she has also been excellent. we have been very happy with IVT. We had a lovely holiday, one which we will never forget we had a few issues which we were not happy with but overall we really enjoyed the holiday. Were it not for the guide in Siem Reap i would give 5.
