We researched Viet Nam and Cambodia but found booking flights fairly difficult and expensive all together we took nine flights! then Inside Viet Nam popped up on the WWW. At first I admit to being sceptical especially when we paid over our money but everything was as described. We had lots of printed information and help for our tour. Enfys spoke regularly on the phone. We couldnt have done as well without her.

Loved the Halong Bay Cruise great accommodation and bathroom. surprised with good accommodation on Mekong Delta lodge. Lovely views from Sky Bar in Nhat Ha 3 Ho Chi Minh City. Peaceful oasis at Hoi An Historic Hotel, lovely to have a garaden and pool.

Inside Vietnam put together a perfectly tailored package to suit our needs and were very flexible when we were setting this up. The execution was excellent and flawless and everything went smoothly. We had absolutely nothing to worry about - it all just happened. Our guides were brilliant: Nhung in Hoi An was friendly and spoke very good English, fulfilling all our needs and Phouc in Saigon/Ho Chi Minh City was meticulous in all his preparations and went the extra mile with additional information for us in the form of maps, information sheets, briefings and leaflets. There was no over-selling, no pressure, just a relaxed companion for all that we needed to do at both places. The accommodation that Inside Vietnam selected was right on the button. All in all, we would highly recommend Inside Vietnam and will turn to them again if we visit Indo-China or Japan in the future

Enfys struck the right balance between listening to what we wanted to get out of our holiday but also offering suggestions and recommendations on places and duration to stay, as well as providing a range of accommodation options within our budget. Also welcome was the absence of any 'hard sell' not too mention her patience as we did change our mind a number of times on the itinerary!

The 2 night Bhaya Halong Bay Cruise totally exceeded my expecations which was fantastic. Would totally recommend doing this if budget allows...All the hotels were fantastic. Especially liked La'Residence in Hue, although it was virtually empty which actually added to the atmosphere.

Medallion in Hanoi was just ok and we were upgraded in Ha Long Bay so can't comment on what we should have had but Au Co 2 was wonderful. Hoi An and Saigon options were superb choices as they were so comfortable and spacious

We loved the White House Mansions in Phnom Penh, the Navatu Resort in Seam Reap. We also really liked the Cosiana in Hanoi where we were able to shower and relax before and after our train trip to Sapa.
