Essence Hotel Hanoi suite accommodation was good and staff were very helpful and friendly. The guide was Jo, very good.Halong Bay trip on Bhaya Clasic Cruise, food, suite and staff were excellent. Hue, great guide and good hotel, Pilgrimage Village.Bike tour in Hoi An with Flower was good fun but got tummy bug from Historic Hotel.Cambodian trip was well worth it and Nak was a great guide.Enjoyed the trip on the Mekong river and Ho Chi Minh City.Well worth doing the private guided tour.

We have used Inside Tours before (in 2014 for a trip to Japan) and we were as pleased with this service as that one. In Terms of UK support, all emails were answered quickly and the tour which was organised was great, almost exactly what we wanted. The tour itself, whilst busy, was well put together and we never felt rushed. All of the tour guides were helpful, knowledgable and their english was good.

Enfys was very helpful and suuportive. We know that our situation presents a few challenges, such as short notice and being outside of the UK, but she was brilliant and always available to answer the questions.

All of the accommodation was good. Especially Maison Dalabua in Luang Prabang. Our least favourite hotel was the Medallion in Hanoi, It was an acceptable hotel in a good location, but the breakfast was not always good and the noise from the backpackers next door was loud until late.
