This is the third time we have used the inside team. twice to Japan and this time to Vietnam. As usuual we found the arragements for travel, tours and hotels well organised, a good quality and very approriate activities especially as we had a wide range of ages from 12 to 67!. The tours were well balanced and gave us the right amount of free time to do our thing in each of the locations. The guides and drivers were very good and flexible to our needs. Overall an excellent holiday.

We had a good idea of what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go bearing in mind that my wife and myself were coming from the UK and my daughter-in-law and grandson were flying from Japan. Tom took on board, listened to all our requirments and produced an itinerary which suited our needs and arranged for us and our grandson some exciting and interesting activities. Tom had a good knowledge of the country and what to do and when locations where new to him he arranged to visit them before our holiday to check them out. Before I left I felt confident that Tom had done everything possible to make the holiday a success especially when we had to make some last minute changes.

good clean accomodation, well located. Hotels were happy to arrange late check out and in Hanoi they were very willing to look after our big suitcases whilst we went off to Sapa and Moon Gardens for a few days.
