We had a brilliant experience using InsideAsia Tours. Everything went exactly as planned while we were away, all transfers and tours were on time and our tour guides were excellent. All hotels recommended to us were also nice, clean hotels in excellent locations. The communication and information prior to departure was also very impressive. I will definitely be using InsideAsia again for our next trip to Asia.

Lien did a wonderful job helping us plan our holiday. She took into account our interests, kids ages, budget etc to put together a great family trip we will always remember. She had a good knowledge of Thailand and was able to recommend some really interesting and memorable experiences. Liam provided an outstanding service from the outset - he took the time to listen to what we wanted from our holiday and provided a couple of options, with very honest views on what we could expect. Based on his experiences, we were able to plan an absolutely incredible holiday in Borneo, travelling to different parts of the country, and really experiencing life in Borneo.

Pullman Kuching - Excellent location and amazing views. The rooms could have been cleaned slightly better - but the hotel addressed any issued really well.
Nanga Sumpa Lodge - Incredible, basic facilities but exactly as described.
Mulu Marriott Resort & Spa - Beautiful resort in the most stunning setting.
Shangri-La Rasa Ria - Amazing hotel with exceptional facilities. Staff were lovely but the service didn't always feel '5' star e.g. had to queue for the buffet dinner to be seated. Overall really nice.

The trip is great overall, but with just a few misunderstanding. 1st the driver for pick up made a mistake on getting to the wrong terminal. 2nd, the hotel at check in did not understand I got a welcome package and wifi devices, but they apologized when I spoke to the emergency number. The tour guide that was arranged was great and prompt. The guide gave interesting stories and animated. They made up for the trouble by giving me a free lunch. The train tickets were detailed. 20K won of t money card is great overall, but at least 25K could be better. The food BBQ tour is great. The hotel location is awesome near the subway. If I were to do it again, I would choose inside asia. A big thanks to grant for putting together this trip.

I think the choice of hotel in Tokyo could be improved (the breakfast was by far the poorest of the trip). I also think the L7 in Gangnam Seoul was not up to the standard of the Ryse Seoul
