Charlotte gave excellent service. She made personal recommendations and was very patient whilst we changed the itinerary several times before actually confirming.

Amy did a great job putting together our trip. She was professional and friendly and open to tweaking our trip to suit our needs. She made sure we understood our options and communicated well throughout the process. She checked in with us multiple times before, during and after the trip.

Sally was amazing to work with. She got to know me in a way that made it easier for her to put together a fantastic extension taking into consideration my love of travel, adventure and, most importantly, my love of animals, especially elephants.

Liam organised the trip superbly,our first booking was three years ago but even with covid difficulties and flight schedule changes he still produced a superb holiday for us.Nothing was too much trouble and we have recommended him to several friends for future holidays.

Liam kept in touch with just the right level of contact from start to finish. He listened to our ideas and used his vast knowledge of the country to tailor a trip just for us. The ground crew hat he arranged to look after us in Vietnam were wonder full too. Nothing was too much trouble and they took great care of us. Even when there was a slight hiccup with one of our tours, it was sorted immediately.

Liam responded quickly to our suggestions and offered new ideas and options to consider. The experiences , guides, transfers, flights worked like clockwork and took all the stress out of travelling and let us focus on enjoying the holiday.
