Last minutes changes were accommodated, which was great.

Enfys was really helpful in getting together a trip which met all our familys requirements.

The local guides, especially Hien in Hanoi, were eager to meet our needs and provide a high level of service. Anh Co, in Hue and Hoi An was very knowledgeable and helpful, the final day with him though was notably different. He was set to guide us from our hotel in Hoi An to the airport in Denang. He was curt, somewhat remote and not the warm person we had seen on previous days. He was supposed to drop us at a restaurant in Deneng. He had clearly not planned well. The restaurant was full (no reservation). He then dumped us off at a restaurant which was not suitable with little thought or fanfare. The restaurant staff spoke almost no English. The food was poor. It felt like we were an inconvenience that he simply dispatched. It is my only real complaint.

Very responsive to our requests and kept in touch to see how we were doing.

She is well informed and very keen to provide us with an itinerary to suit our needs. She took a lot of time and was patient with us as we chopped and changed our minds. At no point did I feel rushed or hurried. She also worked hard to fit it all into our budget which was a refreshing change to all the other tour operators I approached.

Could not have been more helpful or attentive - even to the point of sending flowers for our anniversary which was really appreciated.

Very knowledgable about options and put together excellent tour as our introduction to Vietnam and Cambodia. Very helpful and attentive throughout tour and either side.

I was glad that Enfys suggested that she booked our long haul flights as when we were thinking about the trip that seemed quite a costly and complex thing to organise. The hotels she selected for us were just exactly right and she has to take some of the credit for the smooth running of our whole trip.
