Liam assisted us to plan a truly memorable trip. His knowledge and his understanding of our interests were evident in every aspect of our travels, from carefully chosen accommodation to suggested places to visit (and avoid) and how long to spend there including the best time of day and the best months to avoid crowds.

I think the choice of hotel in Tokyo could be improved (the breakfast was by far the poorest of the trip). I also think the L7 in Gangnam Seoul was not up to the standard of the Ryse Seoul

Liam understood exactly what we wanted to get out of our trip and provided suggestions that we would never have thought of, which turned into highlights. He also suggested that we go in May instead of January, when it would be quieter and we benefitted from good weather.

Can't say how grateful we are for having booked our trip with Inside Asia. Everything from the initial booking/trip planning (Tim Supplitt, Grant Ekelund), to the privately guided tours (Brian, Alex, Willow, Lisa), to the in-country service (Claire Kang) were top-notch. The itinerary provided was very professionally done and easy to use. Incorporating the What 3 Words app into the Destination Guides was extremely helpful and will be something we use on our travels going forward. While in South Korea our contact Claire was prompt in handling any issues or questions which arose. In fact, after moving on from one city to the next, I regretting making a purchase in the previous hotel gift shop. I reached out to Claire, she arranged to have the item purchased and sent to our final destination hotel. On arrival the package was there waiting for me at the front desk...above and beyond service for sure! We enjoyed our trip so much we were already planning on our next one before it was even over...and you can bet we will definitely be going with Inside Asia then too! Thank you so much for making this such a wonderful experience for our family! Kamsahamnida:)

The Hoi An Boutique was very good but one small quibble was the lack of storage space (there is room to improve this). Also we were not keen on the bathroom doors which were not full length and which resulted in a slight lack of privacy. The position of all the hotels was excellent. Pilgramage Village is very atmospheric and a welcome oasis away from Hue City . Apart from the ancient sites Hue is not a pleasant City.

All the hotels were excellent, far exceeding our expectations. The only disappointment was the Peony Cruise where our cabin was the nearest to the engine and next to the large fans that remained on all night. The noise was unbearable.
