All of our accommodation was great, and for the most part exceeded expectations. The only exception was the Sofitel Saigon Plaza, the lobby, restaurant and staff were great but the rooms were quite tired and not what I would expect from a 5* hotel. However we didn't spend much time in the room so we weren't bothered, but someone spending more time in the city might be disappointed.

Small boutique hotels which offer a real insight in to the culture and food.

Except the hotel in Bangkok....We thought it was way below the quality of all the other hotels.

Very high standard

Accomodations were generally very good. The location of the villa at the Fusion Resort in Phu Quoc was magnificent but the room itself had no doors on the bathroom, toilet room or shower. It also had a step down to the bed area which was hazardous as it wasn't easy to get used to. The room at the Hotel Royal Hoi An MGallery was the least desirable on our trip. The bathroom, toilet room and shower being right next to the bed separated by just a curtain was undesirable and unbecoming of a 4/5 star hotel.

I was expecting something great, but we got the real wow factor when we arrived at every destination

All the accommodation was of the highest standard. The staff were supberb.

I was expecting great accommodation and the package certainly delivered. The red canal was the only hotel which felt a little lacking (new?)...although we had no complaints this was the hotel we least enjoyed.
