The trip was so well organised by Dylan. It had everything we'd asked for and a whole lot more. Everything went like clockwork, guides and drivers were always early and service everywhere was impeccable. Our tour encompassed so many different modes of transport and some really great hotels and was paced perfectly. Our pack of things to do in our free time was extremely useful too.

Dylan was great from our initial consultation and finding out what we wanted to see and our interests etc to tweaking our itinerary until we were totally satisfied. He was always extremely friendly and helpful and clearly wanted to make our holiday an iconic experience for us which it was!

Superb service pre-trip and on the trip itself. All the 'intricate' arrangements went perfectly, the guides were excellent, the accommodation superb in all aspects, the trips and activities that formed part of our holiday were perfect and very interesting. And, of course, the location was fantastic. Hard to think how it could have been better.

Dylan was extremely helpful - in the initial stages he was able to help by suggesting a really good extra activity (Mekong Delta cruise), he also helped with suggesting we tried the Viroth Hotel in Siem Reap - probably the best hotel we've ever stayed in anywhere. He was always available or if not, responded quickly to any queries we had prior to our trip.

Every hotel was excellent. Viroth's in Siem Reap and the Silverland Yen in Ho Chi Minh City were truly outstanding. They were all in perfect locations, were all immaculate and all had great rooms and great breakfasts. It is important to us to have a really nice base to return to at the end of the day, especially when it's been hot and we've been active, these all fitted the bill perfectly.
