Very helpful, understood what we wanted and put together a great customised itinerary.

Our consultant, Vicky, tried hard but she seemed inexperienced and had a lack of local knowledge of both Vietnam and Cambodia. I had assumed that while in Siem Reap that our tour of the temples would have included a trip to Angkor Wat and Phohm Temple. As they were not included, our guide suggested we took a tuc tuk to the ticket kiosk and then on to the temples where we could hire a local guide at the entrance of Angkor Wat Temple. If we had wanted to travel independently we would have just booked hotels and flights. Also we had to choose between a cycle ride or boat ride on Tonie Sap Lake, it was not possibe to do both as stated in our itinerary.

Charlotte was very attentive, I was impressed to receive an email asking after my welfare after an earthquake I hadn't noticed.

Charlotte's attention to detail is praiseworthy. She organised a packed itinerary covering the three countries which suited us all.

Vicky was excellent throughout as in the case of our Japan trip we particularly appreciated the courtesy contact in Siem Reap.

Very friendly and helpful.... We did change things quite a few times during the planning of the trip - getting to the Death Railway, changing our booking at the Golden Rock,adding another night at Hpa An, adding the giant reclining buddah near Mawlymayne etc etc and all these requests were handled brilliantly. We realise we must have been frustrating changing stuff a lot but it was all processed quickly and in a very friendly way. Many thanks - appreciate your help with all our requests. It was worth it as every change worked out brilliantly.
